Below you will find a list of resources that can be offered. Most utility companies offer payment plans or payment extensions, if the customer calls and discusses their situation. If additional help is needed, there are other options. Locally, Kno-Ho-Co-Ashland is the best place to start. They are the local Community Action Agency for Coshocton County. This means that they are often the point of contact for local and state utility assistance programs.

It tends to be more of an apartment like home environment where the focus is helping the resident live as independently as possible. Many seniors who choose this option are still mostly mobile, but they may need some additional assistance with activities of daily living such as meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, medication management, or dressing and bathing. Some residents even still drive and are able to keep cars at the facility so that they can come and go as they please.

It does not use ionizing radiation, has no known harmful effects, and provides a clear picture of soft tissues that don't show up well on x-ray images. Ultrasound is often used to help diagnose unexplained pain, swelling and infection. It may also be used to provide imaging guidance to needle biopsies or to see and evaluate conditions related to blood flow. It's also the preferred imaging method for monitoring a pregnant woman and her unborn child.

This technology enables us to not only screen children over age 6 months, but also other special populations that were difficult to accurately test under previous screening methods.
- [Nuclear Imaging](https://coshoctonhospital.org/services/diagnostic-services/nuclear-imaging/): Unlike other radiologic diagnostic tests, the nuclear image focuses less on how an organ looks, and more on how the organ functions. By capturing the processes of a functioning heart of other organ through the use of the radioactive material (called a tracer), a physician can often make a more accurate diagnosis and plan for present and future treatments. The information provided using nuclear imaging is usually unattainable with any other type of imaging procedure. For many diseases and conditions, the results yield the most useful information available to make a diagnosis or determine an appropriate treatment plan.
