Information for Patients
If you’re preparing for a visit to the hospital for inpatient or outpatient care, you’ve already got a lot on your mind. Your focus is on managing your health – and that’s exactly as it should be. And to best manage your health, you need a health care team with the experience and compassion to take an active role as a partner in your good health. You’ll find that quality care with your Coshocton Regional Medical Center physicians, nurses and support staff.
Often when you’re admitted to the hospital, you’re faced with forms and questions that aren’t always easy to answer. You’ll be asked for everything from your complete list of medications to whether or not you have a living will. In this section, we want to introduce you to important information about your care, including:
- Preparing for your visit
- Patient rights and responsibilities
- Patient satisfaction
- Your right to privacy
- Advance directive information – Do you have a medical power of attorney and living will?
Please click on the links above or select the topics listed on the left side of the page for information every patient should know. As always, when you’re at Coshocton Regional Medical Center or any of our hospital-based clinics and have a question, please don’t hesitate to ask your physician, nurse or a member of our staff. We’re happy to help.
