If You Have Insurance
We accept a large number of health plans and networks. If you have questions about your insurance coverage, please call the number on your insurance card for details about your plan.
If you have health insurance, we will first bill your insurance company after your visit. You may also receive a statement from us showing we have billed your insurance, and we will follow up with the final bill showing what your insurance has paid and if there is a balance still owed.
The final bill reflects the remaining balance. To pay your bill online, please click here.
If you are not able to pay the balance in full, we have payment plans available. Please contact a financial services representative by calling 740-623-4021.
Our Financial Counselors Can Help
Whether you have insurance or not, we can help with payment plans and other options.
If you meet certain poverty guidelines, there may be other help available. Basic hospital services that are deemed medically necessary are provided free of charge or at reduced fees for those who are unable to pay; your family income must be at or below 400 percent of the government’s poverty guidelines to be eligible. If you think you may qualify, please print the financial assistance application and mail it to the address listed on the application.
